Bottles up to 1000ml are made from PE, PP, PVC and PETG materials, all on identical machines.
This allows a great deal of flexibility in production, which results in shorter than average lead times.
INJECTION STRETCH BLOWMOULDING
The company also produces PET bottles using the injection stretch blowmoulding process.
These bottles offer excellent clarity, strength and barrier properties.
TOOLING
The company designs and makes all tooling for blowmoulding, injection stretch blowmoulding and decoration in its own toolroom within the factory. This offers much reduced lead times for new tooling as well as high quality standards of design and manufacture.
INJECTION MOULDING
A wide range of injection moulded closures are produced as standard items and to customers' own designs.
FLEXIBLE TUBES
The desire to offer an ever more comprehensive service to customers in the Personal Care market has resulted in the recent investment in machinery to manufacture and decorate flexible tubes. Offset printing, silk screen printing and hot foil blocking are all offered.
